Strawberry Orange Coconut Smoothie
Strawberries are great antioxidants, with dietary fibers that can help digestion as well as lower blood pressure. It can help curb hunger and overeating. Strawberries are great source of Vitamin C, so eat lots during the winter season!
- 3 cups of strawberries, hulled
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup of ice (optional)
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
