Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Considered a classic dressing for salads, the Balsamic Vinaigrette is also widely-used and great for marinades.
  • ¾ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste

 Directions

  1. In a jar or glass container, add all the ingredients.
  2. Close the lid.
  3. Shake vigorously
  4. Dress salad and enjoy!
